2026–2031
Over the next five years, Hacem Empowerment Foundation will focus on measurable, community-driven impact in maternal and child health across Nigeria, with scalable models for broader African engagement.
Foundation & Community Assessment
Conduct community health needs assessments, strengthen governance structures, formalize partnerships with local healthcare providers, and launch maternal and child health awareness campaigns. Transparent financial systems and impact tracking mechanisms will be fully implemented.
Program Expansion & Capacity Building
Scale community-based health education, support outreach services in underserved areas, and begin structured fundraising efforts dedicated to our maternity hospital project.
Land Acquisition & Hospital Planning
Secure land, complete feasibility studies, architectural designs, regulatory approvals, and initiate capital fundraising campaigns for construction.
Construction Phase
Groundbreaking and phased construction of a fully equipped maternity clinic and hospital will begin, alongside recruitment planning and operational structuring.
Facility Completion & Service Launch
Complete construction, equip the facility, recruit qualified healthcare professionals, and begin providing safe, affordable maternal and child healthcare services.
